HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Stop in to any of our locations to sign up at the cash register. Simply provide your email address and you'll earn points on that same transaction. There is no fee to join!

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS & REWARDS?

After joining, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link where you can check your points balance and transaction history. You’ll also receive an email allowing you to opt in the birthday club by proving your birth date.

How do I earn points?

There's three ways you can present your RUB Club ID:

1. PAY BY VERIFIED CREDIT CARD

Simply use the same payment card (credit or debit card) that was used to pay for your transaction when you signed up! Your payment card was automatically linked to your rewards account and future payments using that card will ensure that your rewards points to be added to your account automatically. Your receipt will confirm that your points have been added. Please note that you MUST use the link in your welcome email to verify the card in order for the card to be used for redeeming points. Note that we can only attach one payment card to your account, but we can always look you up by your email address or eRewards card (keep on reading for more details).

2. SHOW YOUR RUB CLUB REWARDS CARD

Each RUB Club account comes with its own unique webpage that will update in real-time as points are earned or redeemed. Your webpage also contains an eRewards card with a scannable QR code and a unique 16-digit member ID, either of which can be presented to the cashier on paper or right from your phone or device When you get up to the cashier with your delicious tray of slow-smoked ‘Q, just tell them you’re a RUB Club member and they’ll scan your eRewards card for you. We recommend saving your unique web page/eRewards Card as a bookmark so it’ll easy to find on your next visit!

3. ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

If using a different or non-verified card or are paying by cash and you don’t have your eRewards card handy, we can always look you up by the email address you used when you signed up for the RUB Club. Just let the cashier know and they’ll make sure you get your points! Points are not earned on sales tax or the purchase of gift cards. Points can be earned on purchases when a gift card as a form of payment.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Any time your points balance exceeds 200, you will have the option of redeeming your points for money off your bill or you can save up your points and use them another time!

CAN I EARN & REDEEM POINTS AT ANY REAL URBAN BARBECUE LOCATION?

Yes – points can be earned at one location and redeemed at another.

Rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Real Urban Barbecue. Points are non-transferable, do not carry cash value and are not redeemable for cash. By joining the RUB Club, you agree to receive occasional emails from Real Urban BBQ regarding the program. Real Urban BBQ will never sell or share your personal information.
